Where is the event held?
Where Wild Hearts Bloom takes place at Abbey Beach Resort, Busselton - a beautiful coastal setting on the shores of Western Australia’s stunning South West.
When does the event run?
The event runs from Friday 30th October through Sunday 1st November 2026, with our exclusive VIP Evening on Thursday 29th October.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes all sessions, keynotes, workshops and experiences across the event days, plus most meals - breakfasts, most lunches and dinners are all taken care of. We have intentionally left one lunch and one dinner free for you to wander into Busselton, explore local dining and savour a little time to yourself within the experience.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in your ticket, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you best. Guests are welcome to stay at Abbey Beach Resort using our exclusive event code WILD26 for a special discount, or choose from any accommodation in Busselton and the surrounding area.
Do I have to stay at Abbey Beach Resort?
Not at all! While Abbey Beach Resort is a beautiful choice and right on the doorstep of the event, you are welcome to stay anywhere in Busselton that feels right for you. Simply use code WILD26 for your special 5% discount, if you do choose to book there.

How do I get there?
Getting to Busselton is part of your own adventure! Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements including flights, drives and transfers. Busselton is approximately two and a half hours south of Perth and well worth the journey.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We will do our absolute best to accommodate your dietary needs. Please share your requirements with us at the time of registration and we will take care of the rest.
What should I bring?
If you are travelling from Perth or locally, please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable and at ease - a journal, a cosy layer, whatever helps you settle in. If you are travelling interstate, we have you covered and will provide everything you need for the Cacao Ceremony and meditation sessions, so you don’t need to worry about packing extras.
Will there be time to connect with other women?
Absolutely - and this is one of the most treasured parts of Where Wild Hearts Bloom. The entire experience is designed to foster genuine connection, shared conversation and the kind of friendships that last well beyond the weekend. If you also need moments of quiet and stillness for yourself, there will be plenty of space and opportunity for that too.
